Group Fitness Class Descriptions
CYCLEEach class is 45 minutes on a stationary bike, simulating an outdoor terrain. Your workout is set to intense, energizing and inspiring music. You will be guided through a warm-up, flat roads, hills, and a cool-down. You are in charge of your own resistance, but motivated to test your limits.

PILATESEach class is either 45 or 60 minutes, concentrating on strength, flexibility, toning, and endurance. This class works the full body, especially the core. Each movement is low-impact, slow, and controlled. You will be introduced to various exercises, with modifications available for each and every person.
Be prepared to feel refreshed and revitalized after your workout. |
BARREEach class is either 45 or 60 minutes, with a specific concentration on postural strength and alignment. The barre is used to advance the flexibility of the lower body, and to strengthen every muscle in the lower body, as well. Think of your quads, hamstrings, thighs and booties as the major focus of your barre session.
